Bio
Mankanwal S. Sachdev M.D., was previously an Assistant Professor of Medicine, Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. He has also been an Instructor of Medicine at the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University of Chicago. Presently he holds the academic rank of clinical assistant professor of medicine at both Creighton University School of Medicine and the University of Arizona College of Medicine Phoenix. He has completed fellowships in Gastroenterology, Transplant Hepatology and Therapeutic Endoscopy. He is presently the Medical Director of Endoscopy at both St. Joseph's hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix AZ. As well as Arizona Advanced Endoscopy in Gilbert. He is also the program director of the advanced therapeutic fellowship at both St Joseph's and Arizona Center for Digestive Health. In addition he is the Director of Medical Informatics at Arizona Center for Digestive Health. Dr. Sachdev's interests include Therapeutic Endoscopy, ERCP, EUS, Clinical Hepatology and Transplant Hepatology.

Personal
Dr. Sachdev was born in New York, and moved to Phoenix as an infant. His father is a retired Neurologist and author who spent 34 years in Veterans Administration, and his mother is a real estate agent and small business owner. He is married with two children. His wife, Jasgit is an Oncologist and is a national expert on breast cancer and runs the Breast cancer research division at HonorHealth-Virginaia Piper cancer center.
